The Leadership Rotation Associate will participate in rotation through three (3) leadership roles in the Client Services organization.  During rotations, associate will be responsible for assisting with and/or owning the following leadership tasks:

  • Select, train, evaluate, coach and counsel employees
  • Administers human resources policies and procedures
  • Set associate performance goals and standards.  Work with associates, as needed, to ensure established goals are met
  • Ensure employees understand how the work they do impacts the Division strategy
  • Conduct trend analyses and promote change as needed.  Implement continuous process improvements
  • Partner with overall Retirement Services management team to deliver service from the heart
  • Manage budget and staff appropriately
  • Work on or leads special projects, as assigned
  • Participate in all educational opportunities required as part of the Rotational Program In addition, Leadership Rotation Associates will have responsibilities specific to the area(s) they work in during their time in the program

    4 year college degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Financial/Retirement Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies
  • Proven ability to recognize trends and identify corrective actions
  • Proven ability to re-engineer workflows/processes to improve cost/service results
  • Demonstrated project management experience

Description & Salary Info- NAFI CT, Inc. is a non-profit, strength based social service agency working with adolescents in both residential and community based care throughout Connecticut. We are currently seeking therapists for our evidence based programs Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and Multi Systemic Therapy (MST). These programs provide intensive in-home therapy for juvenile justice involved adolescents and their families. On call responsibilities and extensive travel may be required. 

Qualifications-
MA level in related field preferred, BA level with minimum 2 years related experience considered.

HOME VISITOR - Nurturing Families, Family Live Education

The Nurturing Families Home Visitor provides support and education in the home environment to first time parents and their children (pre-natal to age 5) who are at risk for child abuse and neglect.  The home visitor makes home visits based on the needs of families.

The home visitor works in collaboration with service providers to reduce abuse or neglect.

 

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED

Post High school graduate experience required.  BA in Social Work or related field preferred. Experience working with children and families in crisis. Knowledge of child abuse and neglect reporting criteria. Good communication skills – written and verbal.  Ability and willingness to work with families of all racial and socio-economic backgrounds. Willingness to work outside regular business hours, which may include weekends. Basic computer skills Word required, and Excel preferred.  Bilingual, Spanish/English, preferred.

 

Valid Connecticut State driver’s license and $100,000-300,000 automobile liability insurance

Ability to drive, climb stairs, and walk relatively long distances.

May require early evening and weekend home visits.

The salary depends on experience.
